But if you want a change in your life, you need to become aware of these patterns.<\/p>

The course runs for 12 weeks, starting in January 2024.<\/p>

The course is entirely remote, and you can choose when during the week you work on it, but allocate approximately 4 hours per week. Only 3 occasions have fixed times, which are our live seminars.<\/p>

Course materials; videos\/lectures and meditations are sent out progressively during different parts of the course.<\/p>
